About TLC
Turner Legal Counsel, LLC is a virtual law office in Eugene that provides you with the ability to complete your estate plan from the comfort of your own home. Meet with an Oregon licensed attorney via video conference call, (Zoom) for a consultation to determine whether a will, trust, and/or advance directive meets your estate planning needs.
After your consultation, an Oregon licensed attorney will draft your legal documents for you to review in another Zoom meeting to make sure everything is as you like it.
TLC will then provide you with any necessary remote online notary services and supply you with a complete estate plan we designed together, and a secured account where your estate plan will be electronically accessible to you, your health care providers, and designated agents/authorized family members wherever you are. Andy Turner
Andy Turner is the founding attorney of TLC and a member of the Oregon State Bar, who has been licensed to practice law in Oregon since October 2015.
Andy is a graduate of the University of New Mexico (Bachelor’s Degree) and the Willamette University College of Law (Doctorate of Jurisprudence).
Andy is an attorney member of Wealth Counsel and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.
